You'll find this location on the +15 level of East Tower of Livingston Place.
The latest Alforno location doesn't disappoint. These are the same great baked goods and the same excellent coffees you would get at the original location to the west. As this location is in an old Starbucks space, you'll also find a light, though limited, selection of warm food.
The coffee options in this end of downtown right now are incredible, and Alforno is a welcome addition to the mix.

Why is it so hard to get hot coffee? I ask for extra hot, and it’s lukewarm. I asked for a skinny latte, extra hot, no foam. Got something with super sweet syrup. Good thing I’m not diabetic. I had a gift card so taking it back would have done nothing. I don’t know why it should be so difficult.
