I liked the variety of products on the store. The flavors are very good, but the girls at the front counter could be a bit more friendly and welcoming, according to the place and products.
I am not saying they were rude or something bad. It is just that they answered if they were asked (action -reaction), but your store communicates kindness, family kitchen, love, and welcoming.
We ordered a cake, which was delicious, but it was impossible to cut a whole piece because it broke in pieces every time we put the knife in it. It might be because of the dryness, but as a suggestion, please check on that consistency so the experience can be the best.

We have been ordering birthday cakes from them for awhile now, and never had any issues - always order for pick up at 10, on a Saturday, and the cakes are always delicious.

Last week, however, when I went to pick up a birthday cake for my son, the cake was still not ready at 10:45 (same for the gentleman in front of me), while I saw a lot of cakes in the fridge for 10 AM pick up. It was finally ready at 11 (no explanations offered on why it was late), and while it looked okay at first, there are signs of “being rushed” upon close inspection. The bottom had couple places that were “caved” in, cake crumbled as soon as I cut into it, the cake/sponge itself was extremely dry, and the cake just did not taste very good.

We will continue to be a customer, but I hope this won’t happen to us again.

Ordered a cheesecake from here, under the mousse it had a layer of custard. I did not ask for custard to be on it so we basically scraped it off. the crust was extremely thick and dry. It tasted okay.. but the writing on the cake was AWFUL. We laughed when we saw it cause it was that terrible. How can they let that leave the bakery. Total embarrassment. I could do better with me eyes closed. That smiley face is also ugly & didn’t need to be there.

This bakery has a selection of treats available and has more to offer by order. We really enjoyed the apple strudel, mini fruit tarts and sausage rolls.

We ordered a carrot cake and they were accommodating when we had to change the order date. The cake was delicious!

Best cake I have ever had in North America! An unprecedented quality of cake and the fresh cream makes the higher cost very well worth it. We had a community event and for the first time, in a large scale event, not one bite was left on the plates. People "inhaled" every single crumb. No waste and no wasted money, so great. Strongly recommend.
