Was at Crossfield market today and picked up loaves of pumpernickel and jalapeno cheddar sourdough. The jalapeno cheddar is stellar with great chew and flavor. We'll be finding your shop next week for sure. Well done!!

Met this lovely gentleman at the Triwood Christmas market and pre ordered a Christmas Yule Log. It was beyond delicious and fresh and enjoyed by many at Christmas dinner. He also delivered it to my home the day before. Customer service was beyond excellent and I look forward to trying many more of his baking creations in the future.

Tried the cheese chilli sourdough bread and it was amazing on its own. Will definitely be going back to try the beetroot marble sourdough and especially looking forward to the double chocolate sourdough bread. The owner John was a delight to talk to, looking forward to them open a joint soon to try other bakery items.

Bought the artisan bread and the bagels. Appreciated that the bread was made without sugar. Both the bread and bagels were excellent. Will be back for more.

Picked up a round loaf sourdough loaf at Sunnyside Market yesterday. Amazing. Just enough pull and the superb flavour had me slicing another piece before I had finished the first.

A family of five, JOHN comes from an architectural background, and REEM an accountant and business developer, met each other over 3000 km apart, loved each other, united, and had their beautiful little family.
Came to Canada with their two little boys (ELYAN and GABRIEL) following a dream, to build a home, a warm home, in their new country
Got their little beautiful princess ELLA who brightened their lives while they were living in Toronto, ON, while their love to the adventures and to be next to the Rockies had them to settle in Calgary.
Growing up in creative and foody family, transferred the love of quality food, and with no surprise baking the sourdough bread, JOHN kept his passion to bake within the family until the tuff times of COVID, where the family experienced hard time after loosing his job as an architect and Construction manager.
From there the family decided to take this passion to a new level and to share the heavenly deliciousness with everyone in this world.
