I am absolutely furious and feel compelled to write this review on behalf of my friend to warn others about the dangers of their “gluten free” labels and how they are not being taken seriously. My friend has a severe gluten allergy and she trusted the labels on the cupcakes she bought from here that were marked as “gluten free”… gluten FREE meaning FREE of gluten… NOT gluten friendly….However, those labels were clearly misleading, and it led to my friend being hospitalized and almost intubated to save her life.
It’s infuriating that they can just slap a “gluten free” label on their products when they can’t truly ensure that their goodies are in fact GLUTEN FREE??? These labels can be a matter of life or death… but it seems like they don't take it seriously at all. Being careless can literally cause someone to lose their life. Bliss & Co….If you can’t guarantee that something you’ve made is truly gluten free, do not use that label! Try a "gluten friendly" label instead so you don’t accidentally take down your customers…Do better. 😠

I am ADDICTED to the sugar cookies with the sprinkles. also the person who works on the weekends is incredibly friendly and helpful! I love Bliss!
