Cinnzeo Bakery Cafe

Really bad service, kicked us out halfway through our meal because she didn’t like our disability scooters. We didn’t feel welcomed from the very beginning.

Friday-June 9-6pm

Recently bought a 9 pack for a gift wih a free roll with it for myself. I have to ask for the coupon, the cashier totaly forgot it. Tried to redeem the roll and was told i have to go back the other day to redeem it.
I’m like “that’s why i bought the pack to have the free one for myself”. Totaly disapointed.

It doesn’t make sense, i will redeem it anyways, why not now?

I will not come back to any Cinnzeo i promise.

Don’t bother reaching out to share your concerns
They will cite health standards for the sale of the multipack being cold vs hot
No proof of this health standard provided when asked

There is no policy posted at their locations about these rules of buying multiples based on hot or cold
You will just be told by front counter staff that these are the rules

Cinnzeo lost a customer and could care less about your experience
If I could rate less then one star I would

Terrible service
Attempted to buy a multi pack
They had none ready
Offered to wait
Was told We could wait but they would then charge individually for the 4 buns cause they were hot
I shared I was looking to purchase the multi pack not individual roles
Was firmly told that these are the rules
I walked away so no sale for the store
How is that for rules.

Was once a fan of Cinnzeo, but no longer. As with most stuff prices are going up. You used to be able to buy a 6 pack for around $17. Not anymore you only get a 4 pack for $21. These buns are not worth over $5 each. The other thing I noticed was the extra icing only comes in 1 size which is an individual sizes, can no longer get a larger size for your over priced 4 pack, this extra icing cost me a $1.50. The person had the nerve to tell me I can sell you more. Good by Cinnzeo

Your staff in Cinnzeo Sunridge is very grapy not even smiling and greeting customer. She was saying that she’s new in the company. And I supposed to be placing an order for cinnamon , she said 2 hours wait for the cinnamon because is not yet ready. Duhhhh 12:30pm already, mall open at 10am, you open your store without any cinnamon to sell or to serve with customer. 2 hours waiting is insane.
