Cinzeo isn't what they used to be and I think the finger here can be pointed at the staff. Ordered a regular sized cinnamon bun and a coffee, the coffee was on the fresh side and hot but the bun was old and crusty. The staff was also not welcoming and held an overall negative customer facing experience. Forks and Knives: dropped my fork on the ground, went up to ask for another and they charged me .15... mind blown. If you are craving a cinnamon bun I would recommend getting the one from frieson bros, a million times better!

I've been a loyal customer here for years, always coming specifically for their cinnamon rolls and twists. In fact, I haven't had them anywhere else. But after a break from visiting, I was shocked today by the size of the roll I received. This was much smaller than I remember, and it feels as though I got scammed for $6. It doesn't even fill up the box like it did before. What is the point of buying this now? I'm not sure if this is the new standard size or if it was just an oversight by the particular lady working today, but I'd like some clarity on the matter. If I am recalling correctly, I don't believe the rest of the rolls were this small, but I may be mistaken.

A very nice, very clean restaurant with professional staff. Even though there was only one person at the time, she was able to clear the line quickly and maintained a nice friendly smile by the time she got to me. I've been going here for a while now because of her and her staffs ongoing commitment to making people smile, one roll at a time.

Paid $30 for a mini box of cinnamon buns just to get stale bun that’s are extremely hard to swallow. Overpriced buns for crappy quality. Very disappointed. Will probably never get again. Maybe only of I was in person so I can choose which ones I wanted. Got these partial ones delivered but if I was there in person I would definitely return them and ask for something more fresh. So very disappointing. I wonder if the owner would appreciate this if they received the same from another business… highly doubt.
