The staff was warm and welcoming, and the store itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, the cookie I ordered — the macadamia nut — was disappointing. It lacked the rich, nutty aroma one would expect and was overwhelmingly sweet, to the point of being unenjoyable. While I understand that cookies are inherently sweet, the balance here was off. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this particular item.

Got a free coupon from our management and so happy to get to know this cookie store. I cant decide which cookie to grab for there is a very wide selection so i ended up buying a couple pisces extra.

The staff is super helpful and friendly loving her energy.

I recommend the cappucino chunk, marble choco chunk and the oatmeal choco chunk.

The Italian Sodas here are 10/10 and of course the Cookies are THE BEST around. It is obvious that they are fresh and use only the highest quality ingredients. I also got a Nanaimo bar which was the best one I've ever had... Definitely recommend. And don't be intimidated by the price, which by all means isn't even that expensive; it's 100% worth every penny!

I don’t understand the hype - these cookies are incredibly bland. They’re fresh and chewy but the dough itself is just incredibly bland regardless of flavour. Even my homemade cookie are richer and more decadent.

We all know that Cookies by George has delicious cookies, nothing more needs to be written on that topic.

So, I'm here to add that they are a great choice for coffee drinks as well. In addition to standard brewed coffees and a selection of teas, they offer flavoured lattes with all kinds of customization options including regular and chocolate almond milk and tons of flavour shots.

They also have daily specials where certain drinks are half off each day.
