I bought a box of 6 cookies and all of them were not fully cooked; there was still cookie dough in the middle, which was awful. All I could taste was greasy and overly sweet, which was very disappointing.

Crumbl cookies are overrated and overly sweet. I bought six cookies, and they all seemed undercooked. All I could taste was sugar—no distinct flavors whatsoever. I don’t understand the hype around Crumbl. At this point, you might as well mix sugar into a cup of water and drink it if you’re craving something like their cookies.

First, I’m going to this location. I’ve been to the one over by IKEA both holds up amazing customer service. The guy here at Deerfoot city was quick,and sweet and patient and very helpful on which flavours of choices to pick out of I for surely agree. The sky pie was delicious and the strawberry cookie was like a foodgasam.

Service was quick but the cookies were underwhelming. For almost $6 a cookie I would hope they at least look similar to the photos as advertised. Most of them were except the Twix Shortbread Cookie. I was looking forward to it the most and I was let down. Don't think I'll be returning for more.

honestly i love this place, i walk in and i just smell insanely delicious hot cookies, the taste is even better, i love their semi sweet chocolate chip cookies, its amazing, and delicious, and every worker here greets you with a smile and take your order, honestly love crumbl cookie, amazing.
