I think this is the location we ordered from as we were in Canada for a family reunion this past week. I live in Utah and that's where I typically order Crumbl. I've never had an issue until this visit. The workers didn't seem like they wanted to be there and were making/decorating cookies with a mop in the other hand with a little more than 30min before closing time. First of all, I feel like cleaning with one hand and making cookies with the other is probably not the most hygienic. Next, the lady boxing our cookies did it very carelessly. I don't think she changed gloves for a while as she was getting frosting and cookie bits all over the box especially the outside. She didn't really let us check the cookies before closing the box either. I opened the box right after we left the store before getting in the car and the dessert cookie wasn't even upright, it was smoothed in the corner of the box. It was a huge mess! I only give the stars I did because despite the poor and messy presentation they still tasted great. I was not impressed and neither was the family at the reunion that I got these cookies for in the first place. Pretty disappointing.

The cookies are comically small compared to how they used to be, yet they charge the same price.. My strawberry crumb cake cookie also only has ONE strawberry peice. Not worth the price paid whatsoever. These are not minis either..

Every other time I go to this location there is one employee in particular that works on the weekend and day shift. She is so rude; rolls her eyes at you because you want to use the self check out instead of the till. She basically shoves my cookies into my hands when they were ready and walks away with attitude. I have social anxiety and self checkouts are easier for me and I'd rather not be judged or given attitude because of it. The cookies are always spectacular when I go to this location especially the cheesecakes when they are on the menu, thats a major plus atleast! Thats why I've only given 2 stars instead of 5.

First time trying Crumbl, and boy I’m sure glad there isn’t a location nearby where I live. What a tasty spot! Is it the healthiest option out there? Nope. But it’s such a great choice for some delicious cookies!

Treated us well this time! Last time we went our order wasn’t satisfactory BUT the manager fully refunded us as we come from manitoba, this time the order was accurate and the vibes unmatched! I also love the new drink add ons!
