Crumbl - Rabbit Hill

These cookies are absolutely worth the hype. I’ve had gourmet cookies from all across Canada and crumbl is by far the best. The texture and flavor of each cookie was spot on. They are large, rich, and sweet. My husband and I got 5 cookies and ate a few bites at a time over the span of a few days. They are definitely a good treat once in awhile or even a little gift. The store also smells like sweet milk and dairy. There’s nowhere to sit or anything it’s pretty plain inside but we just grabbed cookies and left.

I recently went to crumbl cookies to get the benson Boone cookie. It took some time for the cookie to be made which was fine since that means it’s fresh. The employees at this location were pretty nice when they gave me the cookie and took my order. I went to this location on a weekday at around noon, so it wasn’t too busy but I still had to wait a bit due to a problem involving the customer ahead of me in the line. Overall my experience was pretty good and the cookie was good too, and it was very sweet and dense.

Disappointed in this weeks line up. Matter of fact I think im over Crumbl which will be better for my waist line and my pockets! I got the lemon cake, chocolate cheesecake and snickers doodles cookie and they were wayyy too sweet, warm and not cold and the cookie was not good like the reece piece cookie i previously had. There have also been times the cookies were raw and they are overpriced.
Not to be rude but the young man serving the cookies to people, though pleasant had a strong BO. I'm sure he was running around working up a sweat and I can appreciate the hard work but id rather just smell the cookies. Also, I hope no sweat drippings in my cookies and cake!
Personal Hygiene is very important especially working with food

I got a mini 6 pack and every single cookie was so delicious. My fav was the banana pie one.

This is by far my favourite Crumbl cookie location. It’s worth the 30 minute drive, the location is always busy but has quick friendly service. The cookies always look and taste amazing.
