I've been wanting to try Crumbl for a while with all the social media hype. Tried mini versions of some of the Always Available flavours. Thoroughly disappointed, not a huge flavour difference between the different cookies, just tastes like a gallon of sugar. Can't say I'd even bother trying any of the other flavours, not worth the price.

Absolutely LOVE Crumbl Cookie. I stop in every time I visit the city and stock up for my ride home. The place is always immaculately clean, and the staff are so kind and friendly! The cookies were SO good, they did not last long. Can't wait for my next visit!

On Monday, I purchased a Dubai chocolate brownie and was enjoying it until I found lash hair in the filling. Unfortunately, there’s no way to contact the store because they don’t answer their phone or emails. I’m really disappointed.

I’ve honestly never been this disappointed with Crumbl or any restaurant in general. I was really looking forward to trying the brownie, but when I bit into it, I hit a huge chunk of pure salt right in the middle. It completely ruined the taste my mouth was burning and felt awful after. I couldn’t even finish it.
I don’t know how something like that passes quality control, but it was gross and honestly kind of traumatizing. I usually love Crumbl, but this made me not want to order again from there ever. Definitely needs better consistency and checking before serving to customers.
