D Spot Desserts Calgary Sage Hill

I've been a couple of times. This is a walk to the counter, order, have a sit and wait to pick up your food type place. They have a vast variety of yummy desserts, ice cream and some savoury options. The service have always been great. It can be a full house depending on the time of the day. Some of the desserts are so big that a lot of people share the guilt lol. They serve all desserts with a cup of water which I think it's a nice touch.. I wish the carry rum and raisins ice cream and coffee flavours. Anyways. Great casual place to go with the family, date or friends.

Best thing is its HALAL. Their tandoori chicken poutine is the best and that is one of our favourite things to have in Savoury items and in Desserts there is tons of options so many to choose from my personal favourite is Hit D Spot and Hidden Gem. Love the service there too. Owner is super nice and helpful.

I ordered a chocolate lava cake for $20 through DoorDash for New Year’s Eve, and it was a complete disappointment. First, the cake arrived completely shattered. Second, the so-called $20 "cake" was the size of a small muffin. Seriously? At least provide clear details about the weight and size so customers know what they’re paying for. This was a rip-off and completely ruined our New Year’s Eve plans. Do better.

Love heaven on earth chocolate brownie waffle with ice cream and cookielicious.
One can get variety of sandwiches and milkshakes here. Hawaiian burger is too good.
Red velvet cheesecake is yum.
Very lively atmosphere for kids and teenagers

Shared this'something to talk about' with my wife. Waffle with nutella and banana was awesome. Especially loved that waffle. Even staff was kind too. Who expected asking how's the food in dessert cafe👍
