Information

After immigrating to Canada, I met my business partner to create an organic bakery since 2003. During this period, many people were looking for gluten-free food, but it was very difficult. One day, I met a lady who looks very sick. She told me: she only has eaten gluten-free foods, but she hard to find foods to eat. She asked if I could help her to make some gluten-free food, she will be very grateful to me. So my bakery began to change from organic to gluten-free at that time. And now I have had over 15 years of experience in this field and have dispersed our products across all of Calgary. Our products are already very unique and innovative, because other bakeries can't make products like us (no gluten, dairy and eggs).

Been to Earth's Oven a couple times to grab GF treats. The lady working is always super friendly and sweet. They offer several goodies that are gluten/dairy/egg/lactose free.

Tried a strawberry rhubarb cake ($14.00), chicken pot pie ($16.50 large), assorted 6 pack muffins ($13.50) and Nanaimo bar ($3.75). Cake was decent but slightly more dense than their other offerings. Pie was quite bland. Muffins have a good texture and are nicely sized. Nanaimo bar was solid.

Will be back to grab more treats next trip!

Second time buying from this fantastic bakery! They have such yummy naan breads that I had to go back for more after one week. Making pizzas with them but they’re also good warming up in a pan with a little butter. Also had their cupcakes and Nanaimo bars and they’re pretty delicious as well. Trying their perogies and wraps now too. I’m confident they’ll be just as good as everything else. To top it off, the two that run this bakery are so sweet and chatty and there’s no additives or dairy in their goods either. Really great for people who have lots of sensitivities. Love supporting local gems like this one!

A great mom and pop shop. Try the Italian focaccia! The owners are very passionate about what they do and care a lot about your experience and health. Inside is a bit run down but the owners are very hospitable. They have baked goods, breads, Mexican food and pizza. The bread is very soft and yummy. Much better than the regular dry crumbly gluten free food you get else where. Reasonably priced! All the food is frozen unless you order before hand.

The owner is lovely and really kind, really sad the food didn't live up. The desserts are awful. Like sand and sugar. Every one of my non-gf friends spit out their first bite. The kindest thing I could honestly say is "it tastes gluten free"
