Very dissapointed with the way my wedding cake was handled. I was married end of July and have been emailing and leaving messages every week with zero response. I had planned for my wedding cake to have 3 tiers with 3 different flavors. On the wedding day, when we cut our cake, we realized the layer we looked forward to the most was the wrong flavour. We had asked for chocolate and it was vanilla. We were dissapointed, and have been asking Fuss to contacts us back as we paid a good amount of money in hopes for our wedding cake to be what we had asked for, and no one will get back to us. Very dissapointed with the lack of care and customer service :( I doubt I'll ever hear back from them, and that they will try to make things right for us with the mistake they made.
