After a previous pleasant experience ordering from here, we thought we’d strike gold again. Instead, we struck rock bottom.
For a whopping $38, what we got was a sad, uninspired meal that looked more like leftovers than a dish worth paying for. The beef roast? If you can even call it that—it looked like something that had been through a war. Dry, tough, and barely edible, it was an insult to the word "roast."
The rice was meager, and the sides? Oh, the sides! Calling them "portions" would be generous—they were barely a spoonful each. The egg omelet looked like it had given up on life, and the tiny pieces of fried plantain were scattered as if they had fallen in by accident.
But here’s the kicker: The fish fry? Missing. The chicken mulakittathu? Nowhere to be seen. The coconut chutney? Completely absent. How does a meal this expensive lack half of what was promised?
And the flavors? Non-existent. Whatever magic we had tasted in our previous order was nowhere to be found in this overpriced mess.
Would I recommend this to anyone? Absolutely not! If you're looking for a meal that’s worth your money, avoid this meal at all costs—unless you enjoy the taste of regret and disappointment (may be something else would be better than this, who knows!) .

Ordered malabar biryani and ghee rice. Got same rice in both. Only 2 drum sticks in biryani and one hard boiled egg.
Not worth 20 dollars for biryani. You can get better taste and more chicken in other places.

Amazing food with even more amazing people. Portions are huge, and the flavors are very authentic. Owner and family are super wholesome and very welcoming! Will definitely order again in the future.

We ordered the Meal for 2 , Kalyanabiriyani late at night, just two minutes before closing. We tried calling them beforehand to check if they had already closed, but we couldn’t get through. Still, we went ahead and placed the order.
The food was incredible — for the first time ever, a meal from a Kerala restaurant made me feel like I was back home. The quality and quantity were outstanding, and the food was absolutely worth the price. The mayonnaise was finger-licking good!
I hope you maintain the same quality and quantity in the future.

The name reminded me of my late great-grandmother. She was the Picasso of pastries. Like an elephant with masterful painting skills. The atmosphere was as warm and snugly as a ferrets belly. My grandmother was from हैदराबाद India.
