The best Indian sweet shop in the Edmonton. They have a wide variety of sweets and snacks with an authentic Indian taste. They also have very nice gift hampers and some gift boxes that serves as a perfect gift if you are visiting someone.
A must try shop that can be your favourite destination to have something delicious😋😋

Ganesh Sweets is a delightful spot for anyone craving authentic Indian sweets and snacks. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the rich aroma of fresh sweets, and the variety is honestly impressive. From gulab jamun, besan barfi, rasmalai, laddoos to panjiri, everything looks and tastes freshly made with a true homemade touch. Loved the Alsi panjiri over other options available.
We tried several items, and each one had that perfect balance of flavor and texture. The rasmalai was soft and creamy, the besan barfi had just the right sweetness, and the gulab jamuns were melt-in-your-mouth good. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and made with care.
It’s not always easy to find such authentic Indian flavors, but Ganesh Sweets truly exceeded our expectations. It honestly felt like a sweet shop back in India.
Apart from the sweets, their snack options are great too. We tried the samosa chaat (take away), and it was delicious—crispy, flavorful, and generously topped with chutneys, yogurt, and spices. It had just the right amount of kick and was very satisfying.
The shop is clean, the service is friendly, and the presentation is inviting. Whether you’re picking up sweets for a festival, a gathering, or just treating yourself, Ganesh Sweets is definitely worth a visit. It’s the kind of place that brings back memories of home and traditional Indian flavors.
Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth or craving authentic snacks!

Worst pakoras I have ever eat in my whole life. Super dry looking like made with old and cheap materials. Bad customer service. Did they thought we ordered papad? I don’t know but it was tasting like papad.

I got channa samosa with no onions today. While opening the box it almost got spilled on me. Plus they did not tasted as before. So watery and they almost dipped the samosa straight into the curry. Really disappointed.
