What can I say? You can run with em or run from em. Either way, you’ll be running out of breath. Because you need to run more. Everybody does. Onward. Good Earth Sterling Lyon is the best coffee shop in the city. The flavour, the service, the atmosphere, the ownership.. unmatched. Incontestable. 🐐. We’ve been enjoying smooth cups from this location for many years. The owner Graeme always checks in to make sure everyone’s needs are met. He is now a good friend. If you’re looking for the best coffee shop to sit down and enjoy the company of the people you’re with, Good Earth is the place for you. Thank you Graeme and thank you Good Earth.

Beautiful atmosphere and when I went it was not busy at all. They have such a large amount of food and beverage options that it makes you want to go back just to try more of their selection. I will definitely be returning once the semester begins. Great place to get some work done. Lots of seating. Baristas are very friendly and accommodating. I had the iced latte with hazelnut flavouring and it was really good. Prices are pretty reasonable too.

I want to like this location, I really do. The interior is very nice and it has a great set up for working/studying. However, I have been there a number of times and each time I run into the same issues. 1) The music is far too loud. Even with my own sound cancelling earphones in and music going I can hear it. They do not turn it down. 2) I routinely get the wrong order, either they don't listen when they take the order or it's communicated incorrectly to whomever is making it. 3) The owner is a little intense. Getting a table can be challenging when it's busy, but the owner's abrupt verbal interventions are not positive.I was once simply standing in line to order and looking at a table to see if someone was about to leave, when the owner loudly declared to me that it was taken by someone else. The owner has also blocked off entire tables/sections during peak times for his personal friends to watch sports or to gather. 4) The food is very expensive for what it is. Altogether, the customer service staff are friendly, but the service itself is lacking and the atmosphere is not conducive to work.

I spent some time in Winnipeg this week and I was staying at the Hyatt House close by. While my boyfriend was at work I needed to find something to keep myself busy and this coffee shop was a walk away from the hotel so I thought I’d spend some time there to relax and get some work done and read! The staff were all super friendly and exceptionally kind, willing to answer any questions I had and help me decide what to order as I’d never been there before! I went three separate times while I was there and everything I tried was delicious! I sampled a bit of everything between my visits (smoothies, iced coffee, lattes, sandwiches and baking) and it was all fantastic! The staff handled the busy rushes with ease, were super calm and collected and the overall vibe of the coffee shop was great! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area who’s looking for a cafe/coffee shop! This place was a gem I’d never heard of but will certainly be back to when I’m in the area next

I don't usually leave reviews, but this is not the situation. A regular Sunday, no rush, but is that a reason to ignore the presence of a guest? 4 service people for such a small place, moreover, two of them were quite free and my presence was noticed, but there was no reaction. I am not an egocentric person, but in this case I wanted to turn around and leave.
