Crazy good and underrated pizza. Some flavors aren’t my thing like the balsamic on tomato sauce or the beets, but the sourdough crust and flavors otherwise combine sooo well together. Also a fan of their loafs of sour dough bread. Great place I recommend 🙏

Love the Menno Pizza! The flavors are savory and delicious. Can't wait to try the others. Note that their pizza is only available on certain days. I recommend the house made ice tea. Love the interior design of the place as well.

This bakery is the best!! Just picked up the “stuffing bread”! Wow! So moist, flavoured with caramelized onion & sage! Michael this needs to be, at the least, a weekly option! This is a must! You will not be disappointed when you pick it up!! Wishing all the staff & management at Hildegard’s a wonderful, peaceful Christmas. This year’s (2024) pumpkin pie was just dynamite. Beyond amazing. So glad we popped in and grabbed 2 for thanksgiving & sharing. Truly delicious: wood fired pumpkin?! We even won over our visitor company that said they “don’t like pumpkin pie”. Very clove-y and brown sugary. The pumpkin itself was certainly strong & present. Well done! Brilliant. A little piece was just perfect.
