Just Sweet Enough is our go-to for every staff birthday and office celebration. The cakes are light, airy, and not too sweet. Plus, you aren’t left with get that heavy, icky feeling like with most cakes. The staff are always so kind and helpful, and all of us at APC love their desserts. We’re lucky to have them so close to our office!

I was looking for a café to grab a cup of coffee. But, instead I happened upon this gluten-free and sugar-free bakery!! I was amazed at the selection offered because all of the freshly baked items are both GF and sugar-free. I bought some cream cookies and a pumpkin pie for our family Thanksgiving meal. The owner said she set up the bakery because many diabetics find they can no longer eat gluten and many Celiacs become diabetic.
She also has a small market that offers GF and sugar-free products.

First time in the store and Jhoanna greeted me with a smile. You got to try their lemon cheesecakes, tiramisu and chocolate chip. It was good. The store sells a variety of keto food and drinks also. Store has good energy ambiance. Jhoanna also explained the sweetness part of the cakes. She knows diabetic pastries very well. Food and cakes are creatively organized and has overall cleanliness. Will definitely go back.

I have several friends who are diabetic so I did a Google search for bakeries that catered to diabetic needs and this was the first place that came up. They have an amazing selection of products that are sugar free and I am delighted to have discovered this bakery! There are also Keto products and a large variety of syrups, etc. I'm so glad this place exists and I know I'll be back again.

I ordered a Keto Birthday cake for my sister's 40th and Holly was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the booking process right through to cake collection. The black forest cake was superb, absolutely delicious and perfectly Keto, no issues at all afterword (other than craving more cake!) 100% recommend thank you again Holly!
