The roll cakes are well balanced, not too sweet and very soft chiffon. The freeze dried chocolate ice cream is addicting. The ambiance is cute and the service is good. Would also love to try cake from this place.

Best roll cake in Calgary! Their cake texture was so soft and buttery. The cream was light and not too sweet. Chestnut flavor was nice. Their roll cakes were better than many cake stores I visited. So I couldn’t help ordering another cake—Lychee cheesecake which was rare. With fancy appearance, and good taste also!!! But my first choice is still the roll cake🤪

Everything is good especially the roll cakes and canneles.
Cakes are always fresh here with different options.
I like the canneles too. It is crunchy on the outside and soft inside that i cannot find it in anywhere in Calgary.
I will come back to try their desserts soon!

I was looking up bakeries in Calgary that had mont blanc chestnut cakes and found this place via a Google search. I was able to make an online order for pick up 3 days in advance.
I'm glad I ordered in advance because when I arrived at 2PM on a Tuesday, some items were sold out. I ordered the assorted roll cake box and chest tarts. Everything was really good and not too sweet as expected from an Asian bakery. My favorite roll cake was surprisingly the chocolate, it was the perfect amount of richness and sweetness.
Highly recommend their roll cakes and would come back.

Small, bright and neat little coffee shop. Inside you have only 1 long table on your right, if you want to rest and seep your coffee. There are also plates, cards and magnets to buy. It is rather funny to see in a coffee shop.
The shop sells primary cake rolls for $5, but you can also find:
- cheesecakes for about $6.5,
- small package of various kind of meringue for $4,
- biscuit breton for $2,
- cannelé for $3.
I went there on a Saturday afternoon and lots of cakes were already out.
I had a craving for cannelé for months now. So I ordered a cannelé and a latte ($4.5) to go.
The latte is… well is a latte, nothing to say about that. The menu for drinks is just 4 drinks if I remember correctly: Americano, latte, tea and berry.
The cannelé was nice. The outside was crunchy… maybe a bit tough to bite through the cake. And the inside had the texture of a génoise, not overly sweet. I have some doubts about the texture though… I am not sure it was the same as the ones I used to have in France. But either way, I think it was a really nice cannelé.
Next time, I would like to try the other cakes they have. They looked so yummy!
