Getting into keto and accidentally saw this place while researching.

I got the spicy big bird burger and a pack of pizza buns, they were both amazing!

The only thing I wish they had was a place to sit down, even outside. There’s where a few people just sitting in thier cars eating thier meals. Since it was nice outside, I just sat on the retaining wall across their building. Other than that, I’d definitely come back to try their other offerings! See you soon!

10/10! As a diabetic, and someone who does “dirty keto”, this place is amazing. I went for the first time last week. We tried the lil bird (chicken sandwich) lil schmerg (Big Mac hack), and the eclairs. All 3 were 10/10! And as someone who has a continuous concise monitor, my blood sugar didn’t move! In fact it actually dropped a little low afterwards lol; Same as when I have straight protein. If the prices were a bit lower I could see myself going here once a week, for now, it’s more of a one a month place. I will definitely get the lil schmerg again next time but there are sooooo many other menu items I am excited to try. My kids who are not diabetic or eating keto, LOVED EVERYTHING too.

I've been on and off Keto for the last 14 years, since I was about 16 or so. I've tried pretty much every popular bread substitute out there and experimented a bunch with many different things, but nothing came close to the taste and texture of regular old bread.

I recently moved to Calgary and as soon as I saw this place was really excited to try it -- needless to say, the spicy big bird sandwich was probably the best chicken burger I've ever had, low carb or not. I have no idea what kind of magic they've got going on in their kitchen, but it is just sooo good. I bought the sliced low carb bread as well and it is absolutely perfect. It's a little bit pricy in my opinion, but anybody looking at low carb or even healthier alternatives to sugar should expect that anyway.

They were extremely open to answering any questions I had and one of the chef's even came out to explain the different kinds of fibre powders that they sell, which I thought was extremely helpful and kind. I'm already planning my grocery list for next time. 🙂

First time coming here today and I had a great experience. Had the Big chicken burger and it was 10/10. Everything at this restaurant looks like there was a lot of thought and care put into creating tasty food. I will definitely come back here to treat myself once in a while.

They have the best keto bread and buns I have found in the city, however, it’s VERY expensive. Today I bought 6 loaves of bread and 2 packs of cheese buns (2 buns per pack). I walked out of there $92.32 lighter! Good food but not affordable for me 😭
