We visited Krispy Kreme and picked up a dozen freshly baked donuts—each one was rich in flavor and beautifully crafted. What made the visit extra special was watching the live donut-making process while waiting in line. From the dough dropping into the fryer to the flipping, glazing, and final touches by the staff—it felt like watching a mini donut factory in action! The store was clean, vibrant, and full of great energy. Highly recommended for anyone who loves fresh, creative donuts and a bit of behind-the-scenes fun!

Finally got a chance to go to Krispy Kreme. My daughter and I went in the morning which was good, because it was very quiet, not a lot of customers in the store. So perfect timing. We went around Easter, so we decided to get the dozen assorted donuts, which included some of the Easter ones. I would say the donuts were good, they were nice and fluffy and not too dry...
I was hoping for more of a selection, but for what we got and for the price, it was a very good deal. My daughter wanted the strawberrysprinkle one and the strawberry glazed. both of my kids did not enjoy. They thought the strawberry glaze was very artificial and didn't taste like strawberry and more like cough syrup. I think next time if we go. I would just get the original glaze, which are the best ones. Overall, was glad that we got to go and try Krispy Kreme. The seating area is very big and you also get to watch them. Make the donuts while they're making them. I would say the customer service was just okay, nothing fantastic. overall was it good.

I've been wanting to try Krispy Kreme since it opened in Edmonton. However, the crowds have kept me away. When it first opened up, there were lines of vehicle wrapping around the block, and I wasn't going to put up with that for a doughnut.
Recently, while in Edmonton, it finally looked calm enough that I ventured in.
It was a fairly efficient process waiting in line, and even though there were a fair number of people ahead of me, it moved quickly. Also, you get to watch them make doughnuts, which is nice.
I went with 4 doughnuts so I could sample different favors and types.
The chocolate cake ring doughnut was good, the plain with glaze was also nice. Though it wasn't when they served them fresh and hot, which I'd like to try in the future.
The chocolate dipped Boston creme filled is also good. The glazed with filling I can recall was also nice.
Their prices are okay, 1.90 a doughnut, im not sure how much cheaper it would be per dought in a dozen. It's still way better than those doughnut shops that charge $4 or $5 a doughnut...
I tried a large hot chocolate, which was $4, wouldn't do it again, was nice, but I'd skip it and just have a glass of milk at home.

What a fun donut place. There is often a lineup but it goes fast and you can watch the donuts being made while you wait. The donuts are so soft and fluffy. They're not overly dense and, unlike some other donuts places, the baked goods have not taken on the aromatic oils from the coffee so the donuts don't have that tinge of coffee taste to them (a bonus for me). Their original donuts go down waaaaay too easily and their monthly feature flavours are fun.
