Lakeside Juice & Sweet ( Cornerstone)

I have tried a lot of eggless cakes around the city but no one can beat them. I always get my cakes from them and they never fails to satisfy me. Their service is very welcoming and you get everything in the given time frame. This time I ordered cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and the cake was super delicious

When they opened food quality was really good . But now as of few months in business they started comprising in food quality. Overall

They show their customer service skills if you order more than $50 at-least i experienced that myself .. informed them in person too but still same next time .

Very delicious food and excellent customer service. Almost tried everything. 100/100 Highly recommended.

Me and my husband are big fan of their food, the service is very welcoming and the food is very tasteful, I have tried their samosa, patties, chats and cakes. I have bought 3 different cakes, strawberry, rassmalai and blueberry, all of them were of great taste, the whipping cream used for cake is amazing, tastes perfect with medium sugar. Fully recommend to all.

I came here to write about my experience with this place today regarding customer service and some of the lowest reviews caught my attention and surprisingly, I wanted to write same. And not to my surprise, the response to the post is exactly same what I got it in person. This guy couldn’t take a constructive feedback.

I was there today to get a glass of juice which I tried a day before.
First of all, the lady took my order and started working on something else, as the other guy told her that he will be preparing my order. Instead, he took other order after me and got busy packing sweets for the other customer.
Such insensitive person, who can see I was there with a little one and she was getting cranky because of the wait time. After packing sweets, he gave juice to both of us, while handing over juice instead of mentioning to me he thanked the other lady for having patience to wait????? Wait… for what????? You from the start was working on her order.
Just because her purchase was bigger than mine, and irrespective of me placing the order first he decided to help her.
The juice didn’t taste the same as I had a day before. After giving the feedback inperson, that the juice tastes a lot sweeter and orangish than yesterday and no carrot flavor was there. He started blaming the quality of the fruits, “apples, oranges and other fruits could be more sweeter today”. Lol, not drinking juice for the first time.

Had their pastry couple months ago, way too sweet. This time I had to write the review, because of the insensitive and rude approach the guy gave today.
