Caroline was able to make a beautiful cake on shorter notice close to long weekend.

Her cake was honestly one of the best I have had. The rose and raspberry filling was dreamy, frosting was so light it was hard to tell it was buttercream. The cake held exceptionally well refregeriated.

It truly made my Father's birthday a special one.

We choose Lemonberry Pastries for our wedding cake and we are so glad we did! Caroline is very easy to work with, and was able to coordinate with our florist to make our wedding cake perfect. I recently ordered a birthday cake for my husband. It was absolutely delicious. He said it was the best cake he has ever had. I will definitely be ordering a cake for my own birthday and will try another flavour combo for the cake and buttercream.

I have ordered cupcakes and had other small baked goods previously. All have been beautifully presented as well as incredibly tasty. I can be a little picky when it comes to baked goods. I really appreciate that she uses quality ingredients in her creations. It makes a huge difference.

found Caroline searching on Google for wedding cakes. I've tried a few flavours already and they are all delicious. Needless to say, she will be making our wedding cake in July.
