Little Duchess Bake Shop - Ritchie Market

I love that Duchess bakery has one location on the southside. The Gruyere cheese croissants are just so delicious and so buttery. The cherry pies are delectable. The seasonal macaroons are so light and full of flavourful.

Little Duchess in Ritchie is the smaller sister of the large bakery on 124 Street. They have many of the same pastries and dishes as the larger one. This one shares a space with a few other businesses (butcher, coffee shop, restaurant, etc.). The staff is always friendly and happy to give recommendations. It's nice to see that the area is getting more local things to check out! The space is inclusive and all on one level - which makes easy access for wheelchairs and walkers. There is street parking around the area, which is sometimes quite busy, so you tend to have to park and then walk a bit to your final destination. Worth stopping in for sure.

Little Duchess in Ritchie is the baby sister of the mothership on 124 Street. It's an outlet spot that shares a spot with a few other services. They have many of the same pastries as the home location. Of course they have all of the favorite macarons. This a beautiful addition to this area of town that is undergoing a beautiful renaissance.

Beautiful bakery! Amazing service! If we are talking about the taste- I am super impressed!!! 10/10✨ I almost cried when I tried my desert at home🤣
I will definitely come back to try everything!!! Is pricy, yes but is definitely worth any penny 🤣

What a fantastic little high end bake shop! Just moved to the trendy Ritchie area and popped in to take a quick look & drool 😋
Being GF makes me use my imagination and dream of how good it all would be!

Having a lovely coffee shop, and a meat and cheese market in same building which just happens to also be a fine dining restaurant called BIERA and a Craft Brewery called Blind Enthusiasm is pretty frickin cool!🍺
