I had an issue with the quality of the product purchased from the bakery which was rare because I always order from the bakery and in the past in bulk. I called the bakery as it was the bakery’s own quality over site and they were not helpful. I called sweet and fresh who then handled my concern with the most efficient, effective and professional manner. They contacted the bakery picked up the bad batch of goods and delivered to me a spa my hot fresh batch of the baked goods with A plus quality. They listened to my concern and valued my feedback and resolved the issue. While I am disappointed with the bakery, I am very grateful to Sweet and fresh management and delivery driver for their kind respectful and efficient service. They value their customers and are adamant about giving quality service, something that is rare today. Book them for your baked goods delivery! You will not be disappointed!
