The absolute best place to get dessert in Calgary! They do such a wide range of cake, brownies, bread and even savoury treats. Some may say this is good, but I say it is absolutely fabulous! The staff are so friendly and explain in detail about what goes into their cooking ingredients and process. They are also very helpful when it comes to allergies. Delicious food too - I had Death By Chocolate and a Brownie and I think I reached heaven… 1000/10! Nothing else compares.

After a fabulously fabulous display at one of our recent weddings decided to visit the shop. Wow wow wow what can I say the taste the quality the service all second to none. We ordered a cake for a special occasion and it was beautiful. The best was The triple chocolate brownies. Best brownies I have ever had. Cinnamon buns were yummy and service was great. Even gave us a few Small treats in the side. And they even delivered. Will try carrot cake next time as I’m craving lol

~Chocolate Lovers Delight~ Love Sugar & Dough has been on my list for a few years now with many of my favorite items. I recently stopped in, and not knowing what to get; was recommended to try a new item: A "Cruffin" filled with a chocolate ganache... Absolute perfection. The chocolate ganache was flawlessly balanced while the pastry had a beautiful flake: just right. This was such a hit, I had to grab my camera and run back for a photo (whoops.. I accidentally inhaled the first haha). Hopefully I can inspire you to stop in (frequently) and support this (A+) local small business .
