Manohar Bakery is a fantastic spot for Indian-style baked treats! Their Aloo Puff and Paneer Puff are perfectly flaky, flavorful, and satisfying 🥐. I’ve also tried their cakes, and they’re absolutely amazing—soft, fresh, and just the right amount of sweetness 🎂. Great quality, friendly service, and a place I’ll keep going back to!

WORST Experience Ever – Unprofessional and Completely Disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this bakery, and I feel it’s important to warn others. I ordered a custom cake with specific instructions — including edible photo prints and a certain flavor and design. What I received was not only incorrect but also completely unacceptable.

The cake did not taste good at all — bread was soggy. The photos were NOT edible, even though I was clearly told they would be. The overall design looked nothing like what I requested, and it ruined a very special occasion for me. I even have photos to prove how bad the cake looked and how far it was from what I asked for.

I contacted the bakery, expecting at least an apology or some effort to resolve the issue. I spoke to both the manager and the supervisor, but I was shocked by how unprofessional and dismissive they were. They offered absolutely no solution, no gesture to make things right

They didn’t care, didn’t take any responsibility, and kept making excuses instead of owning their mistake. No compensation, no proper apology, nothing.

This kind of service is unacceptable — especially from a business that deals with important moments and celebrations.

I would NEVER recommend this bakery. They don’t deliver what they promise, they don’t value their customers, and they won’t take accountability when they mess up. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

I bought a cake for my son last night. They use very strong colours to decorate the cakes which is not healthy for us. This is the second day and I wash my hands 7-8 times still the colour is not going. See the pic for reference.

Greedy! These people are greedy for money and deliver no value in return. We had a very poor experience in the last two birthday cakes. The cake tasted bad. Some of the people in the party couldn't finish the cake and others refused to eat at all. We put that cake in the freezer and took it back to them and was straight declined that nothing we can do about it. We left the cake their and let them keep our money. Shame on them
