I ordered a fruit cake yesterday from this bakery for my friend, it was really bad and stale , it was for his birthday and you guys should not sell old and stale products if some order online . Everyone got sick and stomachache after eating this . You spoiled special day with your bad products.

They offer vegetarian foods like pastry, cake and asian snacks. The mango pastry was mouth melting with a fresh cream and a tangy mango flavour was delicious. Also they have a fast food to go and Indian style masala tea. Liked the service.

This was my third time ordering a cake from them. Despite giving them every instructions from the last cake order still they gave me uneven cut cake breads by compensating more cream and lower bread layer was almost crumpled and they added a layer of raspberry syrup which i did not ask. The decoration was good no doubt but the texture and taste was missing. The cake bread was dry and uneven cut with loads of cream icing. They do not listen even if you give them instructions million times. Very disappointed. It also has lingering after taste of onions. I dont know if they use the same knives or what. Every time after giving review i hear the same response ‘Customer service is our priority. We will do our best next time.’ But you have very much ruined the occasion now what about that? It has happened thrice now. Also they say they are using Canadian’s no. 1 baking products but by seeing the and eating i don’t feel like the best products were used. The photos are the example.
