My order was changed but I did not receive any notice from the bakery. The driver was so nice to go back and pick up my additional order for me. Thank you

The customer service received from SweetnFresh was outstanding! The bakery ran out an item I ordered… instead of just getting the other items, they actually called me, and waited while I went online to see if I could fine a different item. The gentleman on the phone was understanding and patient, while I tried to find something else I wanted. At the end, I couldn’t find anything else, so they gave me a refund. The delivery of the other items was smooth! I definitely recommend using SweetnFresh for you delivery!

Ordered at on line 12.30 pm and delivery was set for 3.30pm to 5.00pm, got delivered in 30 minutes. Fantastic speedy service! Quality products. One item was missing which we never noticed but received a call from driver that he messed up, delivered in 20 minutes. I like that honesty.

The individual cakes look so delicious. The coffee tart is good. My favorite is Merveilluex and Sambo. The cream is light and not sweet. Some bases and top coating are sweet, but eat with black coffee for the breakfast are good. I will go and buy more when I visit Calgary. The only thing is pricey. The box I showed and with 3 bags of cookies, it costs $93. It is a nice treat. They also sell breads and croissants.

Been searching for the best croissant in Calgary. So far we’ve tried almost 10 and this is the best patisserie in downtown that we had 😋😋😋

I was in Calgary only for 2 days to watch a Leafs game. I Happened to stumble upon this place while I was looking for an Italian bakery and a beer shop....The pastries looked amazing from the window. Everything was so fresh. I grabbed an almond croissant. It was one of the best ones I have ever had... seriously.
The only downside to this place was the staff was not very friendly and it's a little pricey, but I would still recommend trying this place at least once.

Came here for all the rave reviews for the almond croissant. The croissant was light and flaky. However, I would have preferred more almond paste in the filling. The actual croissant was one of the best I've had! Was recommended the pastry with yuzu filling and a chocolate dip that I did not care for, but my friend enjoyed.
