Horrible experience, made the order for some pastries for a bday for 1pm-3pm but they sent them at 10:30am, poorly handled and damaged. Plus the wrong person got the delivery as i was not at hom at that time... No contact method works

The customer service received from SweetnFresh was outstanding! The bakery ran out an item I ordered… instead of just getting the other items, they actually called me, and waited while I went online to see if I could fine a different item. The gentleman on the phone was understanding and patient, while I tried to find something else I wanted. At the end, I couldn’t find anything else, so they gave me a refund.
The delivery of the other items was smooth!
