This was one of the single worst experiences I have had in my entire life. I was with my family, and we ordered 4 bagel sandwiches costing about $75. I had a bacon egg and cheese. I may never have one again. I took a bite, and the middle was ice cold. From that very moment, I knew my stomach was messed up. I spent the next 18 hours (including 7 grueling hours on a transoceanic flight) reeling from food poisoning symptoms that could have been avoided if the worker had checked to see if it was done! Also, despite paying $75, when we went to sit back down next to the restaurant about an hour after eating, we were kicked out because the seats were for “paying
customers” only. Ridiculous! This place needs to be shut down! Save yourself and eat somewhere else!

Reviews are accurate. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
Worked was frustrated and rolled her eyes when I asked (in French) if she spoke English. I asked if I could get a side of cream cheese, the answer is no. No modifications so not a great option if you have any dietary restrictions. Bagel had very little cream cheese.
Food is premade, sitting out, and cannot be modified.
Next door at Lester’s the service is exceptional. They will modify your order, make it fresh and they are very friendly.
Bagel with cream cheese is $6.

The cured meat in my bagel was cooked in the toaster for so long that it was hard to chew and most of the arugula used was already old and yellow. After I was done eating I saw the workers prepare someone else’s order with the same gloves she used to check out at the computer, grab receipts, open cabinets, and organize her station and wipe crumbs off the counter. So unhygienic.

Dryest most stale bagel I’ve ever had. Got it toasted with cream cheese, wasn’t even warm. Tasted like the bagel had been sat out for days. For a $6 bagel I was beyond disappointed- Tim Hortons or second cup would have been a much better option - fresher for sure

Bagels were super dry and stale. Cream cheese is placed on top of the bagel and just falls off. I don’t how you can mess up a bagel, but this place did it. Super expensive too.
