Great tasting cakes! Called ahead of time for the pistachio cake, which was made fresh. Very light and not overly sweet, with excellent presentation and great pistachio flavour.

The search is finally over!!! Having had turkish gozleme almost every day in Australia, I spent a decade trying to find it in Calgary and I couldn’t until I went to Moon Bakery. The owners were SUPER nice and they told me they could make anything for me even if they are not in the menu. Of course I had to request them to make gozleme and to my surprise, they are REALLY good 😩😭😭. They taste super fresh and authentic. Chef Shinys especially made them from scratch in the most traditional way. I can’t appreciate them enough for going above and beyond for me. Chef Shinys is extremely talented and sweet and deserves all the love and support 💕 I tried their Korean bread too and OMG they taste sooo fresh and homemade. They taste sooo much better than other Korean bakery chains because they make everything in house unlike other bakeries.

I had Lotus and tiramisu, and they were absolutely delicious!! They're so soft and creamy, melting in my mouth. The owner also really friendly and kindly. I could eat Lotus all the time!

The Pistachio Cake tasted fresh, icing was so consistent, and smooth. The cake was the right amount of moist and the sweetness was just right to taste the natural flavor of pistachio. Very well done!

Moon Bakery is truly a blessing for Calgary. We visited to buy a birthday cake for our son and were absolutely blown away by the experience. We had no idea a birthday cake could be this delicious, and the service in a seemingly small bakery could be so warm and welcoming. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with genuine smiles and invited to sample a variety of their delightful treats. The staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring we found the perfect cake for our celebration. Not only was the cake beautifully decorated with artistic detail, but it also tasted phenomenal.
