"Freshly baked pretzels that are absolutely delicious! The staff at Mr. Pretzel in Kingsway Mall are always friendly and welcoming. The variety of pretzel options is impressive, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a must-visit for pretzel lovers! My personal favourite is the cotton candy pretzel - it's a game-changer! The combination of the soft, fluffy pretzel and the sweet, sticky cotton candy is absolute perfection. I've tried many other flavours, but I always come back to this one. Highly recommend!"

Sandra refused to make us fresh pretzels, as it was slow. Said what was available me was ten minutes old. And it was less than the amount I wanted to order. Absolutely ridiculous. She then apologized and said she would make them after I complained. Is it an inconvenience for you to do your job?

Excellent service. This shop is my favorite Mr pretzels in Edmonton. The shop is always neat and the 2 ladies on duty yesterday were very professional. i got 3 fresh pretzels. i got my pretzels on time despite the fact that they were very busy.

The cinnamon sugar we bought March 12 is old, hard to eat and burned, the staff like didn't get a proper training in cooking, handling food, and costumer service. I regretted buying food in this store.
