Mr. Pretzels , Market mall

The reason most of these reviews are about slow and unreliable staff is because the turnover rate here is crazy. Staff don’t last long because of the working environment. Anyways the salted pretzel is good.

Finally got the chance to try the Toscana Pretzel from Mr. Pretzel, and it was well worth the wait! Every time I passed by their store, there was always a queue, but I'm glad I finally got to try it for myself.What sets the Toscana Pretzel apart is its seasoning. The combination of 🍅sun-dried tomatoes, 🧀parmesan cheese, red pepper, and 🧄roasted garlic creates a flavorful blend that perfectly complements the pretzel's savory taste. The pretzel itself was also soft and chewy, making it a delight to eat.😋

Pretzels were tasty but we waited over 15 minutes because even though there were 4 people working there was only one person ringing up customers and serving pretzels.

My wife and I almost always have to get one of these when we come to Market Mall. We just love them, yummmm! They are located close to the south entrance close to the Apple store. We usually just get the salted but occasionally I indulge my sweet tooth and get one of the sweet ones.

What a awkward and frustrated service! We we're waiting for 4-5 mins without any respond! I dunno who to blame, the busy staffs who can't make a one minute sign Or the owner who paid them too low? By 18.35 pm! Unfriendly apot for family with kids!
