Pretty good puffs and some vegan flavours offered. Some of the non-vegan certified ones are actually vegan too depending on if you are okay with the cross contamination/may contain. Nice staff. Kind of a novelty thing to try. They were tasty but very messy in the box/we found a lot of the sauce easily came off, so just for that probably would get donuts next time? But glad we got to try.

This was my first time trying Mr Puffs. My colleague ordered treats for us from here. Oh my goodness, those donuts were super hot, crunchy and super delicious. I can’t get over that taste. I would definitely go visit Mr Puffs soon.

I recently had the opportunity to check out Calgary's brand new Mr.Puffs location, and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations! The atmosphere was welcoming and bright, it is the perfect spot for a casual treat with friends or family. The food is absolutely delicious. The puffs are crispy on the outside and perfectly soft and warm on the inside. The portion sizes were more than generous and they have a great variety of toppings to choose from. Their coffee and warm drinks are perfect for the winter and pair perfectly with the puffs. Their service though is what separates them from other places. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations as it was our first time there. I highly recommend giving Mr.Puffs a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Finally, the first branch of Mr. Puffs has arrived in Alberta! I ordered the combo meal, which includes six pieces of puffs and a choice of drink. There was a slight delay in serving my order, which I understand is due to the fact that the store is new and all the staff are still on training. However, acknowledging the delay would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, a customer who was behind me received their order before me. I hope they will improve their customer service, especially regarding the “queue of order” system.

First time - Yum! Fluffy donuts . I got cappuccino/oreo ! Wait is long , because so many order and short staffed? Place was crowded. it tasted really good . I wabt the ice cream and puffs next time ! No forks . , i couldn't tell if the cup of wooden things were dirty ones tbh lol
