My friend and I stopped by as we were in the area and this another stop on my bucket list. I tried the Blueberry Cheesecake Twist Ice Cream and was not disappointed at all… I highly recommend 😋😋😋😋 My friend had a croissant and plain strawberry mini tart and ate them up while we were chatting lol!! So on the way out she stopped and bought a few more tarts to bring home. Overall the service was amazing, the shop is small but, is very clean and the food is DELICIOUS 😋😋… My friend was very happy that I had brought her there and said she will be bringing her kids along next time 👍👍👍

Pablo is always my favorite place and my go to place for cheese tarts when I visit Japan! I'm so happy to find out that Edmonton has Pablo cheese tart. I had chocolate, strawberry, plain, and matcha. Shared with my coworkers. All of them loved it so much. The tart is buttery and cheese filling is creamy! The matcha was a bit lack of earthy tones to my liking, but I still loved it.

Amazing cheese tarts! I'm a fan of cheesecake, so this is the next best thing to it. The assortment of mini tarts is adorable and a great way to sample different flavours. I recommend their 6 mini tarts as an alternative birthday/holiday treat for yourself, haha. Their drinks are also great! I really enjoy the Dreamy Mango drink. The large cheesecakes are very reasonably sized and delightful. Try the Earl Grey Basque flavour. It's very subtle and simple.

I recently visited with high hopes, enticed by the stunning pictures of their desserts on social media. Visually, the treats did not disappoint. Each dessert was a work of art, meticulously crafted and Instagram-worthy.
However, the taste did not live up to the visual appeal. The flavors were average at best, lacking the richness and depth you’d expect from desserts that look this exquisite. The textures were also inconsistent; they were overly dry while others were too soggy. They are overly priced.
To make matters worse, the service was quite poor. The staff seemed disinterested and busy on their cellphones. Simple requests were not met . They refused to give us a candle by saying that the owner doesn’t allow us to give a candle for four small cake. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unwelcoming.

I've had the little cheesecake tarts a couple of times and they are cheesecakey and delicately flavoured. I know they are known for thier cheese tarts but for me the crepe cake is probably the best thing they make! I would reccomend dropping in and trying one or thier lovely tarts!
