Love this beautiful cupcake place. A highlight for our trip every time to the mall! My son loves their vanilla macoroon! He likes to order 2 and eat on the way every time we pass by. The owner is the cupcake artist herself, such a sweet lady with great talent.

When it comes to most of the snacks, you can get wet at West him to mall most of the time you’re gonna get ripped off a little bit whether in taste weather in price, but honestly, this is probably one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had, The lady behind the counter was really nice and even instructed us in the very best way to eat it. I assume because some people weren’t smart enough to figure it out, but either way she went above and beyond. I love them so much next time I’m in West Ed. I’m going to be coming back for sure.

I wanted to give this place a try. Other than the convenience of this bakery being located in the mall, I won't come back here again. Customer service is lacking, overpriced cupcakes that don't taste as good as other bakeries. Basically like Walmart cupcakes but overpriced. No wonder they're never busy. Now if the taste matched the cost then fine... But it didn't.

Ordered filled cupcakes and when we got them home, they had no filling in them. We expected to get the cupcakes as they were displayed, but what we got was ugly icing piped that looked nothing like the beautiful flower in the display case, and she cheaped out on the amount of icing, too. The cupcakes were moist but ultimately this was a total flop for us. If you can’t sell/make the cupcakes as they are displayed, then you should tell people. I would not have bothered purchasing had I known.
