Now we've been using Rustic for baked goods for a while, but when we were working on a wedding cake I was like, we just want something that means a lot to us, and something that will work for a nice small ceremonial cake. WELL thankfully everyone over at Rustic was fantastic to work with. We got our amazing wedding cake made - ginger and pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing and drizzled chocolate icing and they were excellent from start to finish. Love you guys.

I came in for a loaf. One loaf. Something modest. A little toast for the morning, I said. A harmless carb situation. And now? I’ve eaten half a loaf in my car like a raccoon and I’m Googling if it’s legal to marry a bakery.
The smell hit me like a baguette to the face the moment I walked in. Not even kidding—I blacked out for a second. It was like warm bread had punched me in the nose with joy.
And the San Francisco-style sourdough? Listen. This loaf had swagger. The crust was golden and crackly, like it trained in a boxing gym. The inside was soft, chewy, and had just enough tang to make you question every bland bread decision you’ve ever made. I took one bite and almost threw my phone out the window because I knew I’d never need a food delivery app again. This bread is the main character now.
Let’s talk staff. The nicest people. Smiling. Friendly. Calmly watching me melt down in the middle of their shop like they’d seen it a thousand times before. I wanted to ask for a job just so I could be around the bread. Honestly, I’d sweep the floors. I’d mop. I’d be the person who makes sure the loaves feel emotionally supported.
If you are within 100 miles of this place, cancel everything. I don’t care if it’s your birthday, your kid’s graduation, or your dog’s wedding. GO. Bring a large tote bag, your favorite butter, and a backup outfit because you will eat half of it before you get home and you will get crumbs everywhere.
Five stars. Twelve stars. A hundred stars. I’m writing this review with one hand because the other is holding another slice.

This is THE place to get a large sourdough loaf for $6, sliced or unsliced. Don't buy from the chains, buy your bread from this local business. They also have a range of savoury sausage rolls and similar, and that's great because not many places make those the way that Europeans enjoy them. It's sad they aren't open on Sundays though.

I went to in to buy my mom hot cross buns. I asked the staff specifically if they were buns fresh today as they were only three packages left. They assured me, yes. At home I found not only are the buns very stale and - not from today, they actually taste slightly rotten or in general bad. I love supporting local and I usually love their business.

Closed. No service on the only day you can run errands. Fantastic! Horrible service which is none.
There is literally no bakery downtown selling sourdough on Sunday, you would think someone would try to grab the market share but oh no, we don't even have budget to put someone at $15 an hour just to sell bread. But I'll make sure I charge you $12 for bread 🤣 mediocrity
