I’ve always been a crème brûlée type of girl but the Basque Cheesecake has become my new favourite! It is lighter than a regular cheesecake and not as rich which makes it the perfect dessert! The salted caramel drizzle is absolutely delicious. The packaging and handwritten notes added a special personalized touch. I can’t recommend Salted Whiskey enough. 10/10

My partner got me a burnt basque cheesecake for my birthday dinner. The salted caramel topping (packed separately) was sooo decadent and the cake it’s self was rich but lighter than a traditional baked cheesecake enabling me to have a bigger slice than I usually would! The packaging and handwritten notes were a wonderful personal touch ❤️

I was gifted a Basque Cheesecake from this company and shared it with my family. We were completely blown away by the texture and flavour of this cake! My only regret was I was unable to enjoy it warm and am thinking that we may be visiting the Salted Whisk in person soon to remedy this oversight!

During my visit to Calgary, my family and I decided to enjoy a desert at salted whisk. We ate the coffee basque cheesecake and the classic basque cheesecake. The cheesecakes were one of the most delicious deserts I’ve ever had. Also the salted caramel drizzle topping was heavenly and if I could I would buy an entire bottle of it!

We had the pleasure to discover one such creation new to Calgary. Salted Whisk presents an extraordinary experience with their exquisite selection of extraordinary homemade basque cheese cakes. I savoured every bit.
