Very bad customer service. I simply asked for a cup of tap water, and the employee said it would cost $1. Surprised, I asked if he was really charging for tap water, and he confirmed. I thanked him and then asked where I could find the food court. His response? “Go ask someone else, you’re wasting my time.” I was shocked by his attitude and asked him to be more respectful, but he insisted he was being respectful and told me to walk away.

I took a picture of the store to remember its name, and at that point, he started screaming at me. I have never experienced such poor and rude customer service before. Unfortunately, I strongly feel that this treatment was racially motivated cause I am black, as I was treated with complete disrespect for no reason. This was not just bad customer service—it was racism.

I work downstairs and this is hands down the best place to get fresh food that tastes amazing! I have become best friends with the lovely ladies that work there it makes my whole day when I seen them at lunch. If you’re ever are in the mall and don’t want any of the nasty stuff from the food court please go see the lovely people that’s work here!

Had some great coffee tonight. A young gentleman made fresh coffee for my wife and I eventhough they were closing soon. Great customer service! I have had pretzels here before and they were good. There is plenty of free parking at the mall.

Surprisingly one of the best, low key breakfast places to go to. Great coffee (Rosso), great breakfast croissants/sandwiches and awesome pizza pretzels. Great prices too. May sound silly but if you got this same food on a little cobble stone st from a little cafe in Europe, you'd rave about it. Check it out!
