Walking in you see a large amount of wood stacked up which they use to heat their wood oven.
I appreciated that the bagels were seasoned on both sides. Many flavour options were out when we got to the bakery close to noon.
When we got up and ordered, we learned they were cash only but did accept transfers. We ordered 4 bacon and cheese everything bagels which included mustard, onions, lettuce, tomato and bacon. The vegetables were fresh (with generous portions) and bacon was nice and crispy. It took a long time as they would bacon enough bacon for 1 sandwich for 2 minutes so we waited nearly 20 minutes.
They were yummy and quite filling. Service could have been more friendly, not greeted and when it was our time to order, they just looked at me and I ordered.

Went there early morning around 8:40 or so, so they’d only just opened but only had sesame bagels, the others were going to be ready in 1/2 hr. So I wouldn’t recommend coming when they open, delay it by 1/2 hr at least.
Food was good, they have different price points so you can get loaded bagels or fairly straightforward cream cheese and tomato ones for 1/3 of the price of the stacked Montreal meal one as an example.
They also have samosas, beef patties and other snack type items / drinks. We went across the road and sat at a park bench right in front of the river which was fun. My bagel was good, the 2nd one not as much. The spicy beef patty wasn’t for me, but was a 3/5.

This is a unique and special place in Calgary considering how specialized they are. The business exists for 9 years in Calgary and they came from Montreal.
I would suggest great cleanliness, organization and a total facelift. Considering they only take cash, I’m sure they been saving allot of money.
All the best!

Server was friendly and helpful. The salmon bagel is a classic that hit the spot once again. You get your money’s worth and would recommend this local spot.

I ordered the Smoked Salmon bagel for lunch today off of DoorDash and it almost killed me. The smoked salmon was full of bones, one of which I nearly choked on. My first order from them and my last. When you spend over $16 on a bagel you'd expect some care to be taken. Shame on you as a restaurant. The price point to the quality of food is minimal.
