Sugar Marmalade

Stopped in for an afternoon dessert and drink. I highly recommended stopping here for a good dessert the oreo Macau pudding is something I would order again. The Italian soda was decent and my partner stated that the coconut drink is worth making the trip for. Definitely worth checking out if you want something sweet.

We enjoyed the food. The service was okay, it wasn’t the quickest but it was like they were rude or anything. But because the food is good for sharing we do tend to come back every so often

I thought this was a desert only place but the food was also quite good. Not overly salty like a lot of places. We tried the udon, the popcorn chicken, braided chicken on rice and curry fish balls. All was good. Oh and the deserts were amazing! The kids really enjoyed themselves.

We have been here before, and for some reason, we always come for desserts. Don't get me wrong, the desserts are excellent, but every time I realized some of their entrees looked great, too!

We got the DIY Egg Waffles and the DIY Shaved Ices. Both were excellent meals!

The Bubble Waffles here have great flavor. They really put effort in giving the exterior a nice crisp while keeping the interior soft. My kids got ice cream and whip cream along with marshmallows and strawberries, which gave eating bubble waffles a new dimension. One kid was piling the right amount of each while the other was just dipping her bubble waffle in ice cream. Everyone was exclaiming how good this was.

The DIY Shaved Ices was well done as well. The Sesame Ice Cream was delicious and had a nice intense sesame flavor. The pearls had a nice texture. Overall, the combinations just worked so well.

This meal was excellent, just like our previous visit. I must remind myself to visit for their appetizers and entrees.

Sugar Marmalade is a good place to go to if you are craving for some sweet or savoury desserts. We ordered Black Glutinous Rice with Durian and Coconut Milk, Green Tea Shaved Ice, Mango Shaved Ice, Strawberry Shaved Ice and Taro Shaved Ice. We added tapioca pearls, jellies, red beans, sagos and chewy taro balls to the shaved ice and everything tasted ohhh sooo delicious! We also tried some Japanese Style Fusion Popcorn Chicken and Korean Style Kimchi Popcorn Chicken. It’s a nice place to enjoy some delicious desserts while catching up with friends or enjoying some light snacks with family members.
