Awesome Discovery today. I popped into Tasty Halal Store and was blown away at their manakeesh (pies). We had the meat and cheese and they were the absolute best I’ve had. I can’t wait to go back and try their smash burgers. It’s a little grocery store with seriously a whole lot more. Definitely worth checking out.

I got to say this is one of my favorite grocery stores in calgary...very clean and organized....they literly got everything you can think off that other stores don't have. Wide selection of iraqi products....spices... and all. Fresh bread....and their meat is 1000000 times better than the other stores.. it's a must try. New gem...needs to be checked out.

Stumbled upon this gem of a place as I was driving. Located on a Plaza on the corner of 64 st and 32 Ave ne you'll find a place with food to hit the spot. Not only is this a quaint grocery store, but it's a bakery as well. You'll find authentic Middle Eastern meat pies, zatar, bread, and so much more! Being as I traveled the Middle East, I can assure you this is the closest I've gastes to authentic. If you're in the area, definitely stop by.

Great food, great customer service. Cheese and zataar pies taste really good with authentic dough. They also have the best tanoor bread and can be custom ordered for Palestinian musakhan! Now this is my go to for tanoor bread and pies
