Hidden little gem! Was happy we looked up and tried. Staff were friendly and loved to hear the owners story and how they operate. We tried pretty much everything they had ready at the time we walked in. Must try I would say is the Almond Croissant, cinnamon buns and bagels with their house made cream cheese spread. Excited to try their pizza when they start making some!

Went to the better baker on may 3. This place is one of our new favourite spots. I ordered the brisket sandwich, my wife ordered the pastrami bagel and both were delicious. My wife loved the bagel so much that we bought half a dozen to take home. 10/10 for service and quality of food. Thank you better baker for the amazing service and delicious food.

The sourdough here is so good! Vinny was so kind, and the fresh bakery smell was delightful. I felt like I was back in Italy after trying the fluffy Italian bread (I’ve never seen this baked in Edmonton) and the original sourdough was really good too. I highly recommend trying them! I’m excited to try the other flavours. Also, the packaging is so unique!

Absolutely fantastic bakery! The care and attention to detail is outstanding and it come across in the product and in the wonderful decor. We ordered everything bagels, cinnamon buns, tarts, and bread. The owner gave us specific instruction on how to best enjoy all of it and he did not steer us wrong. Please continue to make your amazing baked goods, my family enjoyed it so much. I also can't wait for your next sourdough course which I fully plan to attend.
