I was visiting downtown Edmonton for a conference and popped by this cafe with a friend. It’s a beautiful cafe with lovely windows, lots of seating, and good amount of options. The plants are well maintained and add to the calm atmosphere. The staff were kind and patient, and heated up our meals. I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the drinks as other cafes I’ve gone to have the same size for a much higher cost! I tried the iced matcha and iced latte and was happy with both. The only downside is that the bathroom was not well maintained or clean.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Downtown YEG – The Glass Café
A cozy escape right in the heart of Edmonton. The Glass Café’s calming, plant-filled space and natural light made it the perfect post-salon stop after my visit to MC College. The Catfish Coffee was smooth and bold, and I picked up one of their signature brownies for the student stylist—wrapped with a heartfelt quote:
"Now I know there are good people in the world who do good things. You are good people. Thank You." Catfish Coffee warmed my hands, green plants soothed my soul, and I left feeling quietly uplifted. A place to savour goodness in every detail.
A thoughtful treat that captured the spirit of the day. This place serves more than coffee—it serves kindness.
How wonderful that a new location on Jasper is opening soon!

Incredible space, loved it here. Down to earth staff, helpful & polite & friendly in a real way.
So many seating options, free wifi, baked goods available tho I didn't try any. Balcony is amazing, snazzy spiral staircase & plants everywhere. Truly a vibe. I got much studying done!
