They told me to wait for a few more minutes to get my order. Then I went to my car and my cheese tarts spilled everywhere in the paper box when I opened the box. They were just a bit warm. Looked like they didn't bake the tarts in the right temperature or enough time in the oven. They were liquid! Once I got home，tried my best to save the tarts by scooping the liquid cheese back into the tarts and re-bake them at 350F for 7 minutes. They completely hardened and tasted good.

Better than I remember when I ate this in Toronto. The one I got had more cheese taste and texture and feels more like a cheesecake than what I remember in Toronto which had more of a bread, Japanese fluffy pancake style. I like this version better. The sweetness is just right and not tiring to eat.

Trying it for the first time and it was Cheese cake. The humble cashier asked me if I wanted warm or cold, and he suggested me try the warm one as it's my first time. As a family, we all enjoyed it home. Will definitely buy again and try the chilled one. Friendly staff and a clean place ❤️

Super excited for ucle tetsu to be in town finally. Love their cheese cakes and muffins. Absolutely delicious and flavourful. The bites were decent but over all nice experience. Definitely recommend trying them.

I had Uncle Tetsu before in Vancouver. I was really excited when I heard Edmonton was finally getting one too. There's a steady flow of customers, not crazy busy. Probably waited just 5-10 mins. I just bought one cheesecake. When I opened the box one piece was missing! For uncle tetsu's standards there should be better quality control.
Edit: Thank you for the replacement cake Uncle Tetsu! Last time we ate the whole cake in one sitting, but this time we tried half the next day after storing it in the fridge overnight. Both ways are great!
