Wetzel's Pretzels

They will lie straight through their teeth when you ask if their pretzels are fresh. Unless you arrive there at the right time, do not take their word for it. This message is specifically for the Asian teen girl cashier. 👎🏼

Myself and my girlfriend went to get pretzels about an hour before they were scheduled to close and when we ordered we were informed they only had 2 pizza pretzels left. Thats it. No other pretzels or bitz or anything. Very very disappointed and wont be returning

I went today and ordered the mini cheese dog bites the girl infront just gave me half a cup this is not the first time I bought those I am a regular customer live near by the mall when I come with my son that is our favourite place to eat I ask her why half cup it use to be full she replied this is a large cup that’s why which is not the cup she gave me was the same size as the other wetzel bitz that was already full in the display very disappointed today .

I went there 20 minutes before they closed and they refused to make me a pretzel I'm pretty disappointed in the service
