Wetzel's Pretzels

There's this worker that is very rude. Didn't do anything except order and she kept sighing like I offended her somehow. Told me the cheese will take 10 minutes so I changed my order and she sighed like why do I even bother ordering? I genuinely do not know what I did as I don't even know her. She shoved the pretzel into my hands. I've bought here before the previous workers were nice. First time I've been helped by her and I get this attitude.

I am so irate as by this interaction and so bothered by it. I even waited a bit as they didn't see me there waiting to order. No greeting, fine. I'm just ordering. I said thank you while she shoved my order in my hands. I do not understand what I did to offend her at all.

I'm sorry you hate your life working there but I do not even know you or don't know how I offended you by ordering.

A nice snacking choice on campus if you're craving pretzels. There was no wait, and pretzels were ready immediately, but still quite fresh

Most delicious pretzels I’ve ever had in my life, so soft. And the cheesy dog bites are to die for. The staff is so friendly and service is fast. I highly recommend coming here for a treat

It was my first time visiting the Cardel Rec Centre and near the entrance there was this place and it was smelling nice. I went to look and the menu and the Manager was at the cashier and helped me figure out what I need. Tried the Jalapeno Preztzel for which I had to wait for 6 mins but it was good, worth the wait. Good service and fresh food.
