It was just okay. Tasted light and not well seasoned. Quite pricey too in comparison to Mr Pretzels. Texture was nice though, soft and nicely baked on the outside

While shopping at Chinook Center a couple of months ago, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a Wetzel's Pretzels outlet in the mall. These tasty treats were on my list of go-to snacks in the U.S. The offerings at this location carry on the tradition of soft, buttery, and savory pretzels and pretzel bitz. The staff are also friendly and willing to engage in conversation. It is a shame that the shop is located in a part of the mall that experiences lesser foot traffic (second floor in the north end). Hopefully, more customers will become aware of this location and enjoy these delectable delights.

I discovered Wetzel's Pretzels over 15 years ago at Disneyland with my wife and daughters. We went to Disney many times and Wetzel's was always our first stop. I was ecstatic when Wetzel's came to Chinook mall close to my house. The staff there are all wonderful with an extra special shout out to Kim and Chloe. Manager Rohat does an excellent job of hiring staff. My family loves Wetzel's Pretzels and now we can get a Wetzel anytime we want!!!

I had high expectations for the pepperoni pretzel, but unfortunately, it was a bit underwhelming for me. The flavor felt a little bland compared to what I was hoping for. I usually enjoy the pepperoni pretzel from Saucy bread next door, so I decided to give this one a try, but it didn’t quite measure up. A bit disappointing. However, I’m planning to try their Bites next time.

The staff were so friendly and polite when I ordered, and the classic bitz are a must try to anyone who is interested in buying something. 10/10 service and food, would definitely come by again!
